For Travel Packages any amendments requested will be subjected to the approval of THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE LTD. If approved by them, an administration fee of S$5/person will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation of booking should be made in writing or in person to avoid any misunderstanding. Any cancellation is also subjected to THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE LTD approval. In addition, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• 08.50 (SGT): Depart from Singapore to Batam by ferry.

• 08.50 (WIB): Arrive in Batam, warmly welcomed at the arrival gate by your friendly tour guide holding a personalized name board

• 09.00: Hop on the transport and begin your exciting Batam City Tour

• 09.30: First stop Batam Zoo Paradise, where you can get up close with animals and enjoy nature.

• 12.30 – 13.30: Savor a delicious Indonesian lunch at Bandoeng Resto

• 13.30 – 15.30: Time for family fun! Play exciting games at City Garden in Pollux Mall or explore One Batam Mall (own expense)

• 16.00: Discover local favorites at Golden City, enjoy outdoor thrills at Belalang Adventure, and taste the famous Batam Layer Cake (own expense)

• 16.30 – 18.30: Relax with a pampering massage or enjoy some shopping (own expense)
