How long will the customer get ticket
We will send the ZOO e-ticket to your e-mail in 12-24 Hrs after payment confirmed by us.
For Next Day Travel, Please book before 3pm for us to proceed your next day Booking (including Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
For Traveling on Saturday, Sunday & Monday, Kindly book at least 48 hours in Advance
Please avoid last minute purchase. 

How to use Zoo E-ticket 
1、Print out the E-ticket，and scan the collection code or QR code at the kiosk digital machine to print the tickets
2、Please proceed to Counter 1&2 if kiosk machine not up to date to print your e-tickets.
3、E-ticket（Actually it's a PDF）your can open it at your mobile phone，Before enter，find the kiosk digital machine to scan the collection code or QR code and print the tickets.
（*Zoo E-ticket is convenient to use，no need to exchange it at the tickets office）
 
Terms & Conditions
Valid for one entry only.
A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining
whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.
Children below 3 years old may enter the WRS Parks for free, subject to WRS’ satisfactory
verification.
A senior is defined as a person at 60 years of age and above for the purpose of determining
whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.
All TA Local Admission Tickets are subject to WRS Parks’ prevailing “Park Ticket Terms &
Conditions” published at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html.
No return, exchange, cancellation and/or cash refund of TA Local Admission Tickets purchased
and/or issued is allowed.
Admission is at voucher holder's own risk. WRS will not be responsible for any loss, damage or
injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park
Voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/ recording in the park for commercial purposes.
WRS may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior
approval or compensation;
In the event of dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail;
