How long will the customer get ticket
We will send the Gardens by The Bay e-ticket to your e-mail in 12-24 Hrs after payment confirmed by us.
For Next Day Travel, Please book before 3pm for us to proceed your next day Booking (including Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
For Traveling on Saturday, Sunday & Monday, Kindly book at least 48 hours in Advance
Please avoid last minute purchase. 
 
How to use Gardens by The Bay  E-ticket (Two way to use it)
1、Print out the E-ticket，and scan the collection code or QR code at the kiosk digital machine to print the tickets.
2、E-ticket（Actually it's a PDF）your can open it at your mobile phone，Before enter，find the kiosk digital machine to scan the collection code or QR code and print the tickets。
（Or you need to redeem at the Wild Wild Wet ticketing office）
（*Gardens by The Bay e-ticket is convenient to use，no need to exchange it at the tickets office）
 
Terms & Conditions
Child age (3 to 12 years old). Adult age (13 years old & above).
Valid for One (1) Guest.
This E-ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered. 
This E-ticket may not becopied, resold or duplicated and may only be use once.
For guests who wish to use the Double Conservatories or Flower Dome + Supertree Observatoryticket on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange, as the tickets are only entitled to same day entry for both conservatories.

Conservatories Closure Dates (Year 2023)
Flower Dome: 18 Apr, 23 May, 27 Jun, 25 Jul, 15 Aug, 26 Sep, 17 Oct, 21 Nov, 5 Dec.
Supertree Observatory: 12 Apr, 10 May, 7 Jun, 5 Jul, 10 Aug, 6 Sep, 25 Oct, 15 Nov, 20 Dec.

Important Information:
From 1 December 2023 - 1 January 2024, Supertree Observatory's last admission is at 5 PM.
Supertree Observatory operating hours with effect from 28 October 2022 onwards will be from
9am to 9pm (last admission is at 8.30pm).
