Be Aware of:
- Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months (expiry date) on the date of travel.
- Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and entry visa (if required) are in order prior to the departure.
- Hotel ROOM are subject to availabilities and based on first come first served basis (especially during peak seasons).
- No refund, cancellation or amendment will be allowed upon confirmation of the booking or NO SHOW.
- Once confirmed, the dates will not be able to be changed.
- Strictly no replacement or extension is given to NO SHOW
- This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts.
- Multiple purchases of tickets are allowed.
- Reservation during Normal Season should be reserve with THK at least 48hours (2days) before the guest’s arrival date.

· Amendment is subject to THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE LTD approval and policies
- Reservation should be reserve with THK at least 72 Hours (3days) before the guest’s arrival date (Including Weekend, peak period and Singapore public holidays)
- Reservation during Normal Season should be reserve with THK at least 48hours (2days) before the guest’s arrival date.
- Customer MISS FERRY/NO Show STRICTLY NOT ALLOW FOR REFUND OR CANCELLATION FOR THE TICKET

For Travel Packages any amendments requested will be subjected to the approval of THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE LTD. If approved by them, an administration fee of S$5/person will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation of booking should be made in writing or in person to avoid any misunderstanding. Any cancellation is also subjected to THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE LTD approval. In addition, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Hotel check in after 2:00 PM (BT)
- Hotel check out before 12:00 PM (BT)
- Early check-in and late check-out will be given based on availability (No guarantee will be granted at any conditions)
- All times given are based on Batam’s local time
