- You will receive the e-ticket directly from Majestic Ferry 1 - 2 working days after booking confirmation.
- Please arrive and check in at the 'Majestic Fast Ferry' counter at least 1 hour before your departure time. It is located at the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
- Latecomers will not be allowed entry to the next trip schedule. Failure to arrive at the specified time will be considered a no show and no refunds will be provided
- Please present your ferry itinerary and passport to redeem your boarding pass
