Best of Batam Culture and Nature Adventure: Three Days, Two Nights

There is a particular kind of trip that Singapore travellers keep asking us for, and it is not the all inclusive resort stay or the shopping weekend. It is something shorter, more textured, closer to home than people expect. Batam has quietly become that answer, and this month THK Tour and Travel is opening a new three day two night package built around exactly that idea, culture and nature in one trip rather than either on its own.

The journey begins the moment you step off the ferry at Batam Center. A short crossing from HarbourFront Centre in Singapore, and you are met by your driver for a private transport arrangement that runs the full first and second day. From there the itinerary moves quickly into a city tour, starting with a photo stop at the Barelang Bridge, one of Batam's most recognisable landmarks and a striking sight in the afternoon light. For anyone who wants a little adrenaline early in the trip, a paintball session at Batam Adventure follows, before a seafood lunch that has become one of the most requested meals on our Batam itineraries. The afternoon continues with a visit to a local vihara and free time to explore Nagoya, before checking into your hotel of choice, Artotel or Wyndham, both centrally positioned for the evening ahead.

Day two shifts the pace entirely. After breakfast, the group heads to Panbil Nature Reserve for a guided hike suited to beginners, winding through forest trail rather than open road. It is the kind of morning that resets a trip, quiet where the day before was busy. From there the itinerary moves to Saung Budaya, followed by an Indonesian lunch at Nusantara Food, and the day closes at Blue Fire Beach Club, where the evening slows down entirely. There is something worth mentioning here that photographs rarely capture properly, the way the fire sits against the tide as the light fades, which is often the moment travellers say made the whole trip worth it.

The third day is intentionally unhurried. Breakfast, free time until checkout, then a transfer back to Batam Center Ferry Terminal for the return crossing to Singapore. No rush, no packed final morning, just enough time to actually finish the trip before heading home.

This package is priced from SGD 215 per pax, with a minimum of 4 travellers, and runs from July through October 2026. It includes hotel accommodation, full day private transport on the first two days and a one way transfer on the third, all entrance fees during the tour, the seafood and Nusantara lunches, the guided hike at Panbil Nature Reserve, the paintball session, and a welcome drink at Blue Fire. It does not include express service clearance at Sekupang, travel insurance, personal expenses, fuel surcharge, or any applicable public holiday surcharge, so travellers should factor standard immigration time into their departure plans.

For a short break that still gives you something to talk about afterwards, this is worth putting on the calendar before October. Full package details and booking are available on our website, or reach us directly via WhatsApp to reserve your spot.
